He says he wants to have a home
so we created a joint fund
that he stopped contributing to
since he lost his job

He says he wants to be fit
so we signed up for a gym membership
that he did not renew the next month
since he's not interested anymore

He says he wants to travel
so we created his group, drawed up plans
that he simply abandoned
because he has outgrown that phase

He says he wants to study
so we compared schools and courses
that he never pursued
because he has no time for Master's

He says he wants to get married
so we set a target date
that now seems like a distant time
because he does not know what the future looks like

He sets he wants me
so we got together for nearly three years
but now it seems I'm starting to wonder
because he does not know what he wants
