Looking at the sidelines in a gasping breath
I hoped that I would catch a glimpse of you
Trying to be strong and courageous, but underneath,
My heart is screaming that I miss you too.
We will never be the same without each other
It hurts to just stay friends
I know that by now I shouldn't even bother
Because it is the time that we officially end.
And I can't let you know all the difficulty I feel
Because my resolve will weaken and so will I
Trying to hide from you what is raw and what is real
